Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with A Little Art and Soul! Every order is created, packaged, and shipped with care.

Processing Times

Please note that processing time and shipping time are not the same.

Processing times vary by product and can be found in each product listing. Current estimated processing times are:

• Tumblers: 4–6 weeks
• Made-to-Order Apparel: 20–28 business days

Many orders are completed sooner; however, these timeframes allow for variations in order volume and workload.

Once your order has been completed, it will be prepared for shipment and a tracking number will be provided when available.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other available carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Shipping delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

A Little Art and Soul is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of my control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

• The damaged item(s)
• The shipping box or packaging
• Any visible shipping label damage

I will work with you to determine the best resolution.
